HILO SUTURA MONOFIL
Synthetic absorbable monofilament made of polydioxanone (PDO), supplied in dispenser cassette.
Characteristics:
- Very resistant, soft and smooth (no sawing effect).
- Smooth and malleable surface, easy to work with.
- Very well tolerated by tissue and skin.
- Good knot security.
- Non traumatic: its monofilament structure minimizes tissue drag and sawing.
- Ideal for slower healing tissues.
- Loss of tensile strength: 50% after 30 days.
- Complete absorption between 90 and 120 days.
- Sterilized with ethylene oxide.
- Multi-use (rural and canine); internal and cutaneous.
- Smooth passage through tissues and excellent handling.
